OG TAKOYAKI  |  $15
Made from fresh dashi stock from a  blend of kombu, sardine and mackerel flakes . Made just hours before the event, this stock uses premium ingredients you would normally find in kaiseki restaurants.  Special light usukuchi soy sauce from Hyogo and Mirin (cooking sake) from Kumamoto.
